Abstract


Viktor Horňanský was an owner of a printing and publishing house in Budapest. It published mainly books, but also newspapers, magazines, calendars, pamphlets, etc. not only in, e.g. German or Magyar, but also in Slovak language. The company produced religious literature (sermons, catechisms, prayer books, biographies of important representatives of the church, minutes from convents, etc.) mainly for the Protestants.
